Welcome to our website! As we have the ability to list over one million items on our website (our selection changes all of the time), it is not feasible for a company our size to record and playback the descriptions on every item on our website. However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at 308.532.3550 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

Design Services

Swans Design Services

Design consultation is available by our professional, experienced staff. In-store assistance is free of charge and in-home consultation is free of charge with your purchase of $1,000 or more. If no order is placed within 90 days, a charge of $75 plus tax will be charged for service provided.

  • If you request an in-home interior design consultation for a full room re-design, created by our staff, a $75.00 charge, plus tax will be applied. If outside of the North Platte area, mileage will be charged at $1 per mile, one way.
  • Consultation includes an initial walk through of your home and may include measurements and photographs.
  • If a full room design plan is desired by the client, after the initial consultation, an agreement for design time, services and scope will be provided.

Outside Design Services

We are grateful to partner with designers from other local businesses. In order to protect your customer’s investment as well as the contracts Swan’s Fine Home has made with our vendors, we require the following:

  • All special orders must be placed directly by the customer in order to ensure a valid manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Down payments and balances are required to be paid directly by the customer to Swan’s Fine Home, as outlined above under Special Orders.
  • No orders will be accepted or placed by Swan’s Fine Home through an outside designer.
  • Any items taken on approval will be checked out under the customer’s name and will be billed directly to the customer for items not returned within 5 days.

Home Staging And Rental

  • A consultation will include a walk through to determine customer’s needs and budget, at a cost of $75 plus tax. Staging costs are $750 for up to two rooms, and $300 for each additional room for thirty days. After the initial 30 days, the customer is charged $10 per day/per room.
  • Swan’s staff will provide a presentation of ideas and deliver and set up, once the design has been approved, an agreement has been signed and payment has been made.
  • If it is determined that the customer would like to purchase the staged/rental furniture, arrangements will be made between Swan’s Fine Home and the buyer.
